    hullo

I'm looking for accommodation for a year in Cork. I'm from Armagh and I'm in the middle of studying a Software engineering degree in Liverpool but I'm doing a year long internship in cork before my final year, I've got a budget of up to 400 euro a month. I'm hoping to live with people around the same age as me (21 going on 22) so mainly fresh graduates or (*reasonable) students. I'm outgoing enough and have only ever fallen out with one housemate in 4 years of living away from home so I have that to vouch for me. I don't start work until the 22nd of September but I hope to move down a week before that. I'm working on little island and will be getting the train so I have to keep that in mind
I'll be willing to fill in the gap for any body who needs a fella quick or alternatively if you want to share give us a shout and we can try and work something out.

*not 24/7 wreck the house party animals. I don't mind living in student conditions but I can't have some twat playing wonderwall on a guitar at 4am after a night out.

    regards, Cormac
