Can a garage sell a car with previously cracked and welded alloys?

And suppose they did, would the buyer have any comeback if the car was only purchased 5 months ago and still under warranty?

    Thanks!

Was the garage aware they were previously cracked/welded? It's probably something that the majority of garages would not check when taking in a trade-in.

Hi Baz, yeah I really don't know if they knew or not.

Have you approached the garage in question? Proving that they were welded prior to you buying the car could be difficult though.
