    Hey,

    I'm currently on BTEA for the past 2 years and I've been on JSA this summer before returning to college next month. I had to sign on last week and when I handed over my social welfare card (plain white one) the guy asked had I applied for the 'new type' card yet as the one I currently have is being made redundant soon. He said I should've got a letter about replacing it but I'm thinking as I don't use the card much because of BTEA being paid into my bank account maybe they forgot to notify me about it. Anyway, is there a forum online I can download to apply for a new one or whats the procedure?
