How long for an eyebrow piercing to close up?

I have my eyebrow piercing in for 8 weeks and I am required to take it out for school. Will it close up completely if I take out the piercing for 8 hours or so? Thanks!

It will close up after a few hours most likely, and you're gonna be causing trauma to the area by taking it in and out, and more than likely having to force it back in. Options are take it out and leave it out, a plaster or clear plastic balls.
