Im moving into a new place on North Circular Rd, specifically near where it connects to rathdown road, any one whos lived in the area have any input on what area is like ?

Im moving from chancery street just behind the four courts so im used to being in town and seeing plenty of junkies / anti social behavior but whats it like walking there from town at night that kind of thing!

I would have thought that area - just beyond St Peters in Phibsboro would be one of the better ones.

Yeah that's a good area to live, anywhere between the church and Prussia Street is fine, seen a terraced house on Charleville Road being advertised for €750K!

I used to live on rathdown rd...its a relatively quiet area but should get busier when the DIT opens up

Its handy for town and the park.
