Provincial season build up threads

ok so the new season it nearly upon us and next week a nervous energy to going to creep into all of us.

So to help build up the excitement levels in all of us, it wouldn't go a miss to have some provincial build up threads, separate to the team talk threads.

So we need some volunteers to do some write ups. CIARAN_BOYLE has already put his hand up to do a Leinster one however Ideally I'd like each thread to have multiple write ups.

So some ground rules. Threads won't open till Sunday. This gives everyone plenty of time to do a write up. If you want to do a write up respond to this thread and in general have post on the forum over the next week, The reason for this is that I want to have all the write ups at the start of the thread. To do this I will need to copy in posts with a time stamp before the first reply and then I'll edit in your preview.

Not many people on here talk about Ulster so I can do one for them if you like. have you any idea of the sort of layout and format they will follow.

Any format you want. It is all about your interpretation of the season ahead. It would be a bit boring having the same thing over and over again so writers choice.

What I am going to do is roughly

1. Squad analysis
A look at all areas of the team and comment on the strengths and weaknesses in the squad

2. Breakthrough player profiles
A look at a number of players I hope could have a breakthrough season

3. A preview of the European group

4. A preview of the league from Leinster's pov and a prediction of what the most important part of the season will be for league success.
