    Hi everyone

Im in the process of bidding on an unfinished house in County Cork. THe house needs about 100k to finish

While i know that i will need an engineers report for the bank , is there anything else that i will need.

Im not experienced with unfinished properties etc - i have had a builder friend look it over and got the ok from him but i would like to make sure i cross my t's and dot my i's on this

    any tips ?

To my knowledge you cannot sell a House without a cert of compliance and planning permission.
You should check this out with your Solicitor before proceeding.

I'm in the middle of this at the moment. I'm in the trade so had my eyes open with it. I'm buying it from a bank. I started the process over a year ago....
