    Hi All,

I have a Philips 40PFL8605H TV and I'm looking to find a decent soundbar to connect to it. Its going to be wall mounted. I currently have a Sky+ box, apple tv and dvd player connected to the TV. Im also looking for it to have bluetooth and wifi. An FM tuner would be nice but not essential as I can work around that. I havent had a soundbar before so Im just looking for advice as to the following:
    1. Soundbar suggestions
    2. connections/ add ons necessary

    Thanks

Yamaha's 401 / 201 sound bar with subwoofer are fantastic value sub €500 but ignore the Bluetooth inputs for "bar's" as they often fail when connected. For interconnectivity the Sonos Play Bar is probably the best of the mid range (€700 ish). Full network support , cast from Android, dnla, Internet radio, optional wire free 5.0 /5.1 surround sound etc...

Unfortunately no sound bar, for my ears, emulates wired surround sound. But the Sonos is very impressive (5.1 mode; play bar+ play sub and two play 3's)
