What happens if you fail your final year?

Over the past 4 years I've only repeated about 3 exams, but I've gotten into web development this year and like an idiot I've been mismanaging my time. To the point that I have two exams and today and tomorrow that I'm not prepared for. The one tomorrow I'd say I'll pass, but this one today I don't know what the hell happened, I went I just realised I've run out of time completely. If I fail this exam, do I get to repeat it next year? I know that whatever low mark I get, that will be the mark they give me (its not like in previous years where you get 40% no matter what). I don't care about that too much, I just want to finish this degree after all the work I put into it. Will I get to repeat the module next year if I fail it? Ironically, its probably the easiest module in the course, thats why I neglected it so much.
