TV Picture too zoomed in- Cablewatch

My new tv picture is too zoomed in. I know how to alter the picture (theres 3 different options) but it makes no difference. Its a new tv just set up with cablewatch. Is there any possibility it's something to do with cablewatch?
Sorry im an absolute tech-phobe so not the most elequent post!
