Tenancy in common query

Large inherited farm between 6 siblings, rented out for past 10 years. One sibling wants to sell her share or be bought out and trust has broken down between her and other co-owners due to dishonesty and skullduggery related to estate in the past. She has had enough of dealing with the difficulty and dishonesty and wants out.

No siblings wants to buy out her share, which means a sale is planned when current tenant's term is up at Xmas but now, after more than 6 months of discussion, two siblings want to acquire unspecified sites before a sale goes ahead.

The girl is under emotional pressure from other siblings to agree to the sites and is being told that the process of valuing the sites etc. will be handled fairly.

Does the girl have to agree to the sites? She doesn't trust the siblings who want to acquire sites due to past shadiness with money and isn't convinced that a sale will actually go ahead after the sites have been acquired.

Legally, can she dig her heels in and ask to be bought out before sites are acquired to avoid more possible strife?

A rather complicated query from a new poster.

Is this an exam question? If so you would be better off doing your own research

If it is a genuine enquiry about a RL situation, talk to a solicitor

If you find it complicated then maybe you should try another thread to display your fascinating legal insight.

OP, read the charter. No legal advice. This is obviously not a "hypothetical" situation.
