So I got my highlights done in Peter Marks. Was not happy, looked cheap. Went back to normal hairdresser, she unfortunately did no better and it looks dreadful.
I don't want to think about what money I spent but only I have nnumerousfunctions coming up I have to get it done.
So is there any brilliant hairdresserers that do highlights brilliantly and looks natural and not cheap in Wexford county, Wicklow county or Dundrum?
I had not highlighted my hair in a yr and I can see now why.:/
Thanks so much for any help.

You're better off just getting a full head colour to cover the highlights. Complain about Peter Marks and explain you weren't statisfied.

Usually I would get a boxed colour from a chemist or supermarket. Easier and cheaper doing it yourself. Buy a decent shampoo and conditioner. Get your original hair colour (if you can). It's as simple as that

Yep I actually done that earlier. A lot darker now but much happier and will just get lighter colour next time as can't get lighter colour now it would not work.
Think I'll be doing it myself from now on:)
    Thanks.
Extremely hard to find a hairdresser good at highlights so if anyone knows for future reference please let me know:))

I know brown sugar in blackrock are meant to be brill but are very very expensive. In mount merrion Susan Barry is very good, I don't know about highlights but all over colours etc she is excellent. She must be good a highlights too though as for years she was a revlon educator.

La Belle in Stepaside are fantastic - small little salon right in the town. I got the recommendation from a few friends who would be quite fussy with their hair, and I was singing their praises after I left. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a cut now - they have always done a great job on my colour too. I only get one colour all over, but I got the recommendation from friends who get highlights.
