    Volvo S60 2.0 T

Noticed car 90% of the time won't start on first crank always on second.

Was out fiddling with car today looking at codes and noticed if i prime the fuel pump 2-3 times by turning key from position 1 to 2 for afew seconds it starts first time.

It's unlikely to be a sender issue because if the pump can't deliver enough fuel to start the engine then it won't be able to supply enough for you to drive the car either.

Sounds like maybe the fuel tank isn't venting properly. Try leave the fuel cap loose for a day or two and see if that helps the issue.

Ok thought it might be a weak sender or pump as under half a tank it is liable to knock off when you come to a halt.
