Hey guy anyone any experience working for either of these guys. Specifically students. I know that they offer 15-35 hours contracts. I am just not sure if they expect all the flexibility to be on your end, i.e available to work any hours the store is open with the possibility of being scheduled for up to 35 hours in any one week.

I worked for an employer in a similar field. Was promised weekend hours, 16 hour contract. Ended up working 25+ during the week. When I asked politely about my hours, I was told "I get CVs every day, I could replace you tomorrow 10x over". They'll expect you to do as you're told :P.
