A 12-13 year old boy on my road is showing 5 yr olds and other kids up to the age of 9 porn including blow jobs and anal sex.He is also going around to the kids on the road and asking them to show him their willys and also telling kids there is no Santa Claus therefore ruining Christmas for them. His family is renting in the area should I tell the Gardai or just ring the landlord and ask him to get some new tenants in.He has no friends his own age and hangs around with innocent kids and loves playing wrestling with them.

Also there is damage dome to the bricks on the wall of the property that he did.His younger brother who is 7 likes playing dancing on the bonnet of cars.

    What should I do?

Guards, for everyone's sake including the kid - there's something not right at home for sure.

his parents work 9-5 and are gone from 8 to 6 so the 2 boys are left alone all day in the house. Now school is closed they are just hanging around.Lots of kids have gone back to parents and said he is showing them these things on his mobile phone.

In all honesty I'm not sure why you're posting here and not at your local garda station - personally I think you gave enough info in your OP.

Will anything be done at his age though?I do not want him living near me.He is creepy.Every one is saying it.

The fact that the children are left alone all day is enough to get the authorities involved. No wonder the children are f**ked up

He has reached the age of criminal responsibility, although I don't intend that to mean that charges are likely to follow.

    No. Juvenile Caution to follow.

In case anyone doesn't know what Lmklad is talking about, it's actually a pretty interesting initiative

I think you're losing sight of the fact that for a child to be engaging in this sort of behaviour, something is wrong. Hopefully it can be nipped in the bud and/or the family situation dealt with. There's a very real possibility of abuse going on here, act accordingly.

Or he just found his old man's porno mags, is a walking erection of hormones, and curious.

I'd be reporting the parents for leaving the kids alone and including the other information in the report. Let qualified people make the judgements on what's actually happening with the kid.

But go away and do it Op. You know something is wrong, stop dithering and get on with it. If you're not going to, get someone else to.

I am going to ring a community Garda Monday about them being left alone. Also report the porn thing as he could end up dragging a kid into that empty house.I can see a Garda knocking in Monday and the kids answering the door and when the Garda asks where are your parents they will say at work till 6.It will look bad and the parents should have some kind of child care organized as who is cooking a warm meal during the day.If a kid falls who is going to bring him to the hospital etc

For everyone's sake I hope you're right. My concern is not his access to porn at 13, although it's obviously far from ideal, but his behaviour towards other children. At 12/13 he should know that behaviour is inapropriate, especially directed at younger children.

Call the gardai. This is not a Legal discussion matter.
