I was recently offered Computer and Electronic Engineering in GMIT and I'm conflicted between that and repeating. It isn't my first choice and my LC was just complete ****e. I am very confused at the moment and can't decide so any input is welcome.

What was your first choice? I work in IT after recently graduating from Computer Science so might be able to answer some qs..

How far off the points were you from a preferred choice - what's the liklihood of you improving that much next year?

Have you much/any interest in the offered course?
