Defer College and do PLC? Is this possible again ?

I already done a LVL 5 PLC last year I filled out my CAO this year and got my first choice, I would like to do LVL 6 in a PLC. The reason is I feel I am not ready for a College yet especially the work load and also personal reasons over the last year.

I already contacted the college and put it on the grounds on personal reasons, I am waiting to get a letter on approval but there should be no reason not to get approved for a deferral until next year.

On some courses you can enter in second year if you have a Level 6 with decent results.
