Boost wifi with B260a?

I had mobile 3G midband wifi from 3 using the Huawei B260a router/modem for the past couple of years. Reasonably content with it but I can't get 4G coverage from 3 at home so I knew I'd have to change if I wanted 4G speeds.

I 'upgraded' to Meteor's 4G using the Huawei E5372 hotspot.

While the 4G speed is far better and the data allowance bigger; the Wifi power is very poor. A brick wall or two in the way and the connection just dies away.

The E5372 has no Ethernet port, only a mini USB port. Is there a way to boost the wifi output? Can I configure the B260a as a wireless access point?

I had same issue with the e5372 basically my pc upstairs could not get signal. I plugged in a tp-link range extender (TL-850RE) close to the hotspot where it received a full wifi signal, I then used the extenders Ethernet port to connect to powerline adapters which got my pc connected upstairs. Btw only approx. 10% of original signal was lost.

Thanks both, I think the TP link may be they way to go. I can configure the B260a as a bridge OK, except I need to change the default gateway to see the other router. This isn't configurable in the B260a interface, as far as I can see.
