ABS sensor error

    Hi Guys,

    Would any of ye have any experience with ABS sensors ?

    Honda Cb600fa 2009

    I moved the bike when the disklock was still attached (I know :-( ) Now the ABS light starts to flash when the bike gets over 30km, I believe this is because the ABS does a self check at that speed, and if the sensor is broken or mis alligned the ABS wont engage and the brake thereafter operate as a non ABS bike...

    So Im looking at the sensor and it does not look damaged and it seems to be alligned with the ANS sensor disk on the wheel, Ive shook it and it wont move so Im thinking its not misalligned , but Im just not sure...

    Does any of you guys have a similar setup? could you attach a picture of it so I can compair to mine? I can attach a picture of mine later , but there aint much to see...

    Any other ideas?

    If it got a knock & the sensor is ok, check the sensor air gap with a feeler gauge (the gap between the sensor & the sensor ring) to see if it is within spec.

    The other issue I have is no manual for the bike, I tried googling for it, or related information, kinda amazing the lack of info on the internet, biker must spend all their time riding around and no time on the internet :-)

    It isn't marked on the sensor anywhere ? Sometimes it's marked, or maybe on the pick up ring ?

    Just had a brainwave, I had a look at the sensor on the back wheel :-) There is a huge difference in the distance between the pick up ring, that seems to answer it

    To the shop I think, I wouldn't be able to get the leverage to bend it back myself, and it looks like cast iron aluminium type metal , might break it ....
