    As above... Do I need to let it rest a while longer? It's been filled about 5 minutes ago. This is just VG nothing to dilute it whatsoever

    It might be that the liquid is too gloopy and will take a while to soak the wicks.

    A few drops of Vodka will dilute it and give a little throat hit as well.
