Hi, as in thread title, the machine won't spin after washing is finished. It washes and drains fine. It also spins fine when put on a dedicated spin cycle.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers.

Possible blockage at the pump, is there access to clear the pump filter at the lower front of the machine?

sounds like you are selecting programmes from the delicate selection, normally these programmes leave the clothes suspended in water before the final spin to prevent creasing.

Thank you both. I don't think selecting the wrong program was the problem but I didn't know that the delicate cycles did that, so thanks.
The pump was clear at the lower front of the machine but I think blockage may have been an ongoing issue.
The machine was in a rental property which I recently purchased so had taken a fair bit of hardship. I decided to replace it as its a communal washer and didn't want to leave tenants without it while I was trying to fix.
I will attempt to fix it at home and keep as a spare. All of the drum paddle lifters were gone from the machine so Id say it was doing the clothes no favors and every little thing that entered the machine would have been blocking it.
    Thanks again for suggestions.
