Eflow i hate the baster*s

hi guys just looking for some advice here . the tart of the year i had a couple of journeys that i did not pay for think it came to 33 euro. It was increased to 188 which i was disgusted with as i had an account with them and just generally forgot to lodge money t my bank account for my monthly fee.
anyway got over that and enetered a paymnet plan to pay them back 3 monthly payments. 82euro- 50euro and 50euro.
I paid the first of 82, but just forgot to pay the other , i had actually taught they would just take it each month from my card. i got a new number also so did not recieve any of the calls the claim to have given.

so now 6 months later i recive a fine again with it all increased up to €430.
Its scandelous what these people are doing , its one thing having to pay to use a road , but how are the allowed to increase it this much i called them to try resolve it , explained i had totally forgot but they wouldnt listen i offered , to re enter the payment plan to pay the remaining 100. but nothing.
i dont know what to do here. these people are gangsters its an absolute disgrace. im planning on going all the way with this to court because it says if its not paid within 56 days it goes uo to over a €1000.
****ing joking me they are .
has anybody any advice or any previous experiences like this please .

dude ... i'd be more concerned with seeing a doctor about your persistent memory loss than worrying about taking eflow to court.

You have had plenty of opportunities to sort this out but your forgetfulness is the problem ..not eflow.

Same with clampers or the NCT. they have it sewn up and have seen your type thousands of times before.

Ask them nicely to bring the fee down and switch to Dd on your credit card. they wont nullify the charges but may waive a portion of it.

Dude, seriously think you need to take a chill pill.

Look you "Forgot" to pay blah blah blah blah, that doesnt matter now. What matters now is are you going to ring eflow and make proper arrangements to pay the money you owe them!
