Getting back into freelancing?

Looking for some advice on getting back into freelancing.

So for the past year or more, I've taken a bit of a break from freelancing. Before I decided to take a break, I was working quite regularly on a lot of projects. Both Website development, and graphic design.
I've recently started playing around with some designs lately. Something just sparked my interest in it again.
The problem with getting back into it all is, I have no idea how to begin searching for new clients...
Since taking a break, my website hosting expired, and I imagine all my past clients have moved onto a new designer.
I'd love to take on some freelance work, but I'm very much out of the loop at this stage.
Can anyone give me some tips on ways to get back into freelancing? Anything at all will come in handy. I plan on getting a website back up in the next week or two. After that, i'm pretty much out of ideas.

    Have a look at http://www.peopleperhour.com

Assuming you have some portfolio material you can establish a profile and bid on jobs, create hourly rate adverts for services you can offer (called 'hourlies' on the site) and you can land jobs remotely from all over the place.

    Good luck with it anyway!
