Does Fetac count as 1 of the four grant years

Hi, I am wondering if Fetac level 5/ QQI courses counts as one of the four years of the grants supported by the government. In other words, would I be able to get my 4 year grant for third level education after I do this course? With thanks,

As long as you're progressing, you're entitled to a grant (providing you qualify for one). So if you do a level 6/7/8 after, you can get a grant for that.
