Sennheiser 2 year warranty

    I bought two pairs of Sennheiser in-ear headphones on amazon, the first pair in April 2013, and the second pair in May 2014. The first and second pair lasted 4 and 3 months, respectively, before breaking.

    I was always careful with them -especially after the first pair, yet they always broke -in that one of the speakers would stop working.

    It was pretty annoying in fairness, considering I never put too much stress on the cable, like wrapping them around my phone or anything. They state not to do that anyway.

    I tried to look into the warranty side of things, but it looks fairly complicated. Anybody have any experience with Sennheiser's 2 year warranty process?

    Had a wonky cable on a pair of over-ear Momentums....

    Emailed : service@sennheiserireland.com

    Sent picture of receipt from Arnotts and a week later received replacement cable in the post.

    Based in Tullamore - A lot of their stuff is made there in fact....
