Hi I a just wondering, does a guard stop you on the road if you are caught speeding on their camera, or do they let you drive away and issue penalty points at a later date? And how long do they take to come in the post?

    Thanks :/

If it's a handheld camera (hairdryer) I believe they must stop you, if it's a static camera or van it automatically processes the penalty
