Increase of the rent, forced to move out

Hello ! Have been living in the property for more than 4 years now have, never breach any of the tenancy rules or anything. How many weeks am I entitled to remain in the property before i vacate,i heard that the minimum period of notice is 56 days Thank you! Tina

No new lease with the new LL? Did the previous LL sell the property? I'm not 100% sure but if there is a new landlord in place but no new lease then you should be entitled to 56 days notice I think.
