    Hey :)

I've a pair of shoes which I love but which are about a quarter of an inch too big, and am wondering if anyone has used those sticky backs you can put on the back of your shoes to keep them fitted?

And if you have can you remember what are they called?

    TIA :)

I think these are probably what you're looking for: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Scholl-Party-Feet-Invisible-Shields/dp/B001DZPV5K

I've had mixed success with them. I find it really depends on the shoe (and on the shape of your foot) as to how well they work.

I've got quite a narrow foot, so they don't really work to keep my feet in broader shoes as it's at the side of my feet that I need the extra thickness, not so much on the heel. That said, I have worn them on shoes that were just a little too long and they've worked well.

Do you mean heel grips? I have used thema good few times before and always found them great. Well apart from the current pair I have in a pair of Converse which are actually ripping my heels to shreds :o
