Having terrible problems here. Have dish pointed at 28.2 and 19.2.

Television in main room giving no problem however television in bedroom consistently breaking up for the last week or so. Dont think it can be the dish as no problem on the main tv. Think it must be either:

    cable
    receiver - ariva 250
    disceqce switch

any other possibilities. what is the best way to track down/identify fault

    Any advise appreciated

    FT

Is there a source of interference in the bedroom or nearby (e.g. wifi router)?

Is the breakup for both 28E and 19E channels in the bedroom?

To find problem, you could start by 1) swapping receivers 2) swapping the diseqc switches 3) swapping the cables on the LNBF ports

Check all the coax is properly screwed into back of receiver and also swap the box in the bedroom with the one the main room to rule out box problems.
