I would like to soundproof a room. I just need to buy material for one wall. In which shop can I buy the material and which is the name of this material?

Cork board - as in wood from the cork tree - would do a good soundproofing job

What sound are you trying to prevent escaping?

sound proofing is very difficult, bass sounds for example will need a level of isolation (air gap) to be any use.

The kitchen and the bedroom share the same wall. From the kitchen we can hear noise from the sink, dishwasher and washing machine. Also if somebody is cooking we hear noises

I done a few Jobs years ago and I researched and used a rockwool product. In one they had bands playing in one room and wanted to prevent the noise going into a Lounge. It turned out a superb result. You could only really hear the music if someone left the Door open between rooms. I got it from a Company in Ballymount d12.

It really depends on what you are trying to do. Are you going to be watching movies in there, playing music? It really depends on what you want to use the room in order to get the best isolation material. If you were just going to watch a movie, corkboard would probably suit you fine.
