Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone can enlighten me here. I've done a google search and had a quick look on a few websites but I can't find any relevant info. What's the deal with U18s flying solo? My stepson is just home from London, travelling through Dublin, and was stopped at the immigration desk. He was told that he either needed an adult with him or a particular form signed. With nothing on the website nor anything from the airline when his flight was booked, how were we supposed to know this? Is it regular?

His brother had flown a few times in and out of the country (solo and when he was u18) and was never told this. Has anyone else heard this?

    Thanks.
