2nd round offers

    There appears to be hardly any second round offers in this college, only one or two subjects last year. am I correct in saying this.

    DCU has no control over the number of places given in 2nd round offers. I have no idea what the numbers were last year but 2nd round offers are only given if 1st round offers for a course are refused and therefore places are freed up. If no one refuses any 1st round offers then no 2nd round offers are given.

    No one can control or determine it from year to year.
