    Good concept. I.e. we could estimate how much the traffic is delayed by cyclists and then estimate the excess of used fuel along with other costs... etc... :cool:

    FFS this again. I am a cyclist, commute to work most days by bike. I have a 2.5 car and paid 1080 today for MOTOR tax (not ROAD tax). Do you really want me to pay again?
