Rental Income - Expense Claim

I don't think I am going against charter here but apologies if I am:

I am doing up my tax return for my rental income for 2013.
I rented out a 2nd property until early August.

I had the property up for sale and sold it and then stopped renting it out:

    Questions:
Can I put through the estate agent (selling) fee as an expense against the rental income on the property?
Can I put through the solicitors fee as an expense against the rental income?

    Thanks in advance,

    Mike.
