Looking at an 09 Saab 9-5 1.9 diesel automatic. Hearing very different reports about them. Anybody here got any useful advice on them?

1.9 diesel is the same Fiat engine found in various Alfa Romeos/Vauxhalls and Opels. Unless your getting it very cheap then that model 9-5 would not appeal to me, it's a very old design first launched back in around 1995 using the Opel/Vauxhall Vectra chassis from that era. Drives and feels very dated but maybe that's what makes it appealing to some.
