    Hi folks,

Am wondering does anyone know when a Chartered Accountant can and cannot sign off on accounts. I am assuming if a Chartered Accountant is a Director of a Limited Company, then they cannot sign off on the accounts of that company? [No audit requirement obviously]

    Thanks.........

Any director can sign off their own accounts assuming it is not an audit.
