UL are doing something over the next few weeks. Do a google search and you should find something.

Yeah UL will be starting back with pool sessions and river trips once the students come back. It'll probably be around the 2nd week of September but keep an eye on the Facebook page if you want to keep updated.

Hi Neptune kayaks in Aghada in cork harbour do paddles a few times a week where you can pay your €25-€35 and you get a kayak and wetsuit and all the gear for the paddle. I think they stay in around the harbour and sometimes head up the east ferry channel, but they give you the do's and don'ts before anyone heads out. Check out their facebook page you should be able to see if there are any coming up soon.

Hi I should have said I think you get the gear supplied. You can rent yourself and I just cheked their page and they are offering the outings for €28 now instead of €35 with a minimum of five people.
