Long Exposure Video Trick. Help ??!

I came across a video a while back which started out in a dark room with camera settings written on a wall . then the camera plonked down in front of a TV and started playing static , or white noise. if you set your camera to the settings on the wall and pointed them at the white noise an image appeared after the few seconds.

for the life of me i can't find this video anywhere on the web, can anybody point me in the right direction . TY.

No idea about the video but it should be an easy enough effect to make with a random number generator script.

Think that might be beyond my capabilities unfortunately . Was a great video, didn't think it would be so hard to find. I thought it was on Vimeo but i searched high and low

I remember the one. It was POV with you moving into a sort of jail cell where there was a TV, all of it was dark colours in a sort of horror style.

Can not for the life of me remember what it was called or how you would go about finding it. But you're not going mad anyway, it definitely existed!
