    Hi all,
i'm looking for a bit of advice.
me and OH have organized a week off in october and would like to go for 4-7 days to italy as we've never been there before. we're on tight budget and looking for quiet few days, lazy walks, etc. we'd prefer a rural area, self catering accommodation. we want to hire a car to see few places around as well. I was thinking of sicily, but im open to any options.
    any recommendations please?
    thanks

I went to the North West coast a few years ago. Liguaria region and it is stunning. Beautiful coast, lovely little mountain villages and as cheap as chips.

We took a cheap flight into Nice then drove the hour or two to a little holiday town called Diano Marina.

If you want to find somewhere to stay, look no further than http://www.agriturismo.it/en/

Italy is magnificent - just the greatest country in the world. Wherever you go will probably be lovely. Enjoy!!
