cheapest iphone 4s screen replacement?

looking to replace my screen somewhere in dublin. the screen isnt smashed or even cracked. has a few scratches and they annoy my very much. cheapest i can see myself is 69 euro.. :(

Ebay is very cheap for them, that is if you don't mind doing it yourself

the process seems so hard. so many places to go wrong. i tried replacing the screen of a blackberry 9900 before and ****ed it up so i wouldnt have the confidence to do it again
