What is your main use ie city driving, rural commute etc.

Need to seat 4/shopping in the boot?

If the Megane is working well I'd be keeping it.... That's if!

Early Yaris, seems to be economical and reliable.

Unless the megane is giving issues I'd hold on to it but if you want to change down to a 1 litre they don't come any better than a mk1 yaris.

Everyone in this country seems to want a Yaris, so prices are high. And I'd wonder how much financial sense it makes when looking at the cost to change...especially if the megane works.

The upshot of this is that there will be no issue with selling it in the future and for a good whack of what was payed for it too.
