Just accepted this course. Got A2 in biology and C1 in higher maths. I didn't do chemistry or physics. Do yo think I will be at a major disadvantage.

No. Enthusiasm is way more important than prior knowledge, especially in first year. You might feel lost for the first few weeks in those subjects but if you're interested in them then you will pick them up fast.
