Boardsies,

Single room to rent (sharing with two others) on Richmond Rd Drumcondra.

The place is 10 minutes walk from St. Patrick's College, but is also very convenient for DCU, Mater Dei, and the City Centre (it is 5 minutes walk to lot of main bus routes.) There is free 'on street' parking opposite the house.
The (two story) apartment has been recently refurbished, is modern, comfortable and very well appointed.
Rent is €450 per month (plus shared bills) and minimum tenancy is 9 months. It's a cosy place, in a great location, so the first person to see the room, will rent it!
