Question about Part Time Work and Welfare

    Hi guys,
So I have been working part time in Dublin the past couple of years. 3 days generally but sometimes 4.
On the weeks where I would do 2 or 3 days I would fill out the form for the part time welfare. I was also looking for full time work with the same company and elsewhere.
I recently moved county but am still working my part time job (I travel and stay with my gf for the 2 days in a row I work) and have a new application going through the motions with my new local office.
I have to bring in the past three months bank statement and my employer has filled out all the days Ive worked the past 13 weeks (some weeks 4 days and some weeks 2).
However as it is summer, I have taken my holiday pay for the year (35 hours) which is not exactly an accurate reflection of my general earnings for the rest of the year.
Also, we recieve commision each month which varies greatly, and as our store has performed so well with summer sales this has been above average also.

Basically, my average weekly wage with these out of the ordinary extras for the past couple of months is working out at about 230 per week.
Now since the welfare rate I was means tested on is 188 and my 3 days work is leaving me higher than this, does it mean I am not entitled to keep ticking the day I dont work in the week?
I have written in all my holiday pay on the weekly forms (not being paid yet but have been handing in the forms for past 10 weeks regardless) and most of these have me over the 3 days. I dont want to be claiming for when I dont need it.
My worry is the inspector will judge my entire situation on these summer bonuses and earning over the weekly rate. Then if I am told I cannot fill the forms anymore I could be very stuck coming into the winter months when my hours are around 15 and there is no holiday pay or generous commission.
Does anyone know if I am still eligable to fill out the forms even when lately im earning 230 per week?
Sorry for the length of this!
    Thanks in advance.
