GE Fridge Freezer

My GE fridge freezer, 8 years old, the freezer section is not working. The ice-maker stopped working and now the freezer is not freezing anything. Anyone any suggestions as to a good technician who can help me (we are Dublin 6 based)? Or if there are GE technicians in ireland ?

cant help you on who distributes GE nowadays, but your best bet is ring the shop where you bought it, they may be able to help, in the meantime defrost it and then run it again, possible defrost heater failure or it may be clogged up with dust. take off the panel down at the back and if it is full of dust clean it out. plug it out first.
