Back to education question

I'm a third year student receiving one aren't family payment and the full maintenance grant since first year. Half way through forth year (2016) my child will turn 7 and my one parent family payment will stop.
If I wasn't working my payment would change to job seekers (if I was looking for work obviously). My questions is what happens when my payment stops? Can I change to back to education allowance for my final 3 and a half months? I will be getting the grant so I'm assuming not.....also I'm assuming i can't as at this stage I will be back in education for 4 and a half years.
If anyone has any information about this I would really appreciate it. It's a level 8 degree I'm completing but obviously would have to apply to leave after third year as i have a child to consider, feed etc. although it will kill me as I love college. Leaving after third year with a level 7 degree isn't a simple thing either as there needs to be special circumstances and needs to be approved by a board of people within the college

    Thanks
