Hi looking for ideas for maintenance of Indian Sandstone in particular Lichen (black spots) and a similar white spots on the cobblelock? on looking around I came across the following

but it would cost nearly 200 euros for the product from a UK company

A cheaper product with an Irish supplier AlgoClear was called Mossgo about 50 euros

Other ideas were to just use a diluted bleach or swimmingpool chlorine Calcium Hypochlorite

when that's all done, fill the gaps the in the stone with sand? or anyone had any luck with the polymeric sand/resin mortar? and if so where to get in Ireland it would be nice not to have weeds come up again straight away?

link to one of the resin products but doubt its available in Ireland

So any ideas of what worked for anyone would be great, Im tempted to go with the Algoclear stuff but if there is anything else , that ideally can be got in Dublin that would be great
