BNG & NCG 800 Euro PC Build

I have a 2 year old gaming PC that is just not cutting it any more and I would like to see what I can build with 800 euro that will play the new games like Beamng and Gta 5 on med to high playable settings. I only need to PC its self no windows, monitors or stuff like that. All replies are appreciated.
