The dreaded hematoma

    Had a heavy fall about a month ago in France , rested for 2 weeks before a 2 day cycle of the greenway. The hematoma I have from the initial fall has changed big time after the greenway cycle no pain but seems harder and itchy. I'm presuming it's just breaking down and needs a bit of time. Or maybe my right leg is about to fall off and beat me to death for good measure.
