Buying stock when herd down with TB

    Is it possible to buy stock when the herd is down with TB,think I heard somwhere a permit can be granted.

    how could one go about this

    Will generally be granted after one clear test but getting strict on giving permits

    If one of the bought in stock go down you will get no compo afaik

    Your local DVO can grant a permit.
